Responsible for business growth, people management and enhancing bank’s visibility to all stakeholders within the cluster
To work closely with Dar es Salaam Zone office administratively in terms of facilities, ICT, HR, and Risk & Compliance to ensure business development and continuity
Align branches business strategy with corporate business strategy and ensure its execution
To oversee branches operations and service delivery to customers within the cluster
Promote performance culture among staff in the cluster by ensuring compliance on performance management process as per calendar
Manage the relationship with various internal and external stakeholders including government
Identify and groom talents to support succession planning across within and cross the cluster
Source new business opportunities, setting up new outlets (where feasible) and promote digital banking
Promote digital sales and banking
Review financial reports from branches at cluster level and ensure they meet reporting requirements
Champion operational risk awareness to all staff across the cluster as a first line of control to mitigate risks and frauds

Bachelor’s degree in business related field
MBA is an added advantage
At least 5 years of work experience in branch operations in a reputable financial services institution where 3 should be at a leadership level.
